Betting System

Bring an equipment to the Betting NPC and bet on it to raise itsrarity (R). Each bet costs gold and Cella Powder. The amulet you use decides what you are betting for: a new shelltogether with rarity, or rarity alone. Maximum rarity is R7(R8 on heroic gear).

Champion Blessing Amulet (Random)Shell + Rarity

Re-rolls the item's shell and bets its rarity: use it to get a new shell.

Champion Blessing Amulet (Static)Rarity only

Raises the rarity while keeping the current shell.

Pity guarantee

After 9 bets in a row without a rarity increase, the next bet is guaranteed to reach the item's max rarity. Any bet that raises the rarity resets the counter.

Shell Upgrade

Any shell equipment can be upgraded up to +8. Each attempt costsgold and shell powder. On success one of the shell's effects grows stronger; on a failure the materials are lost; on a major failure the upgrade level drops by one — unless you use a Shell Upgrade Protection Scroll.

• Success improves a rolled effect (its value goes up). Higher upgrades unlock higher tiers: +1–2 touch C/B, +3–4 add A, +5–8 add S. Each effect can be improved at most twice.
• Failure only consumes the materials and gold — the upgrade level stays.
• Major failure drops the upgrade by one level. A Shell Upgrade Protection Scroll prevents the drop, and a Shell Upgrade Booster lowers the failure chance.
• A Shell Upgrade Solvent can undo the last upgrade if you want to re-roll it.
